Lisbets Weggli takes everything you love about the traditional Swiss Weggli — its soft texture, gentle flavor, and kid-friendly charm — and gives it a subtle, wholesome upgrade. While it’s still made primarily with white flour, we’ve added just a bit of Dinkel (spelt) flour and almond flour for a touch of extra goodness and a nutty, delicate balance.
